I'm Karen, a New York-based designer and developer with over 20 years of experience working at startups and large corporations in a variety of industries.
Selected clients I have worked with include People, InStyle, Entertainment Weekly, Revlon, JP Morgan Chase, Mercedes-Benz, and Wunderman.
Though I've spent most of my career in web development, I'm still an arts & crafts lover at heart. I try to keep up my drawing skills and making things by hand if I have art supplies lying around. When I'm in need of inspiration, I turn to museums, craft fairs and sites like Pinterest and Etsy. And I'm a big fan of the BBC's "The Repair Shop" — I always want to sit down and make things whenever I watch that show.
Besides being crafty, I love reading, writing, and travelling. I also enjoy playing tourist at home and abroad, being an amateur foodie and discovering new places to sit down and have a cup of tea.
